Professor Arun Kumar questioned the model of economic growth by asking who is it for. The economy is not growing at 7%, as claimed by the government, the big shocks of demonetisation and GST on the unorganised sector are still felt. He said that due to the negative growth, the marginalised community has been further marginalised.
