Thomas Franco, General Secretary of the All India Bank Officers Confederation talked to Newsclick about the Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance Bill. There has been no discussion or debate of any kind with either the bank employers or other political parties before finalising the bill. Franco talks about the dangerous implications the bill has for the banking sector as well as the depositors.
